ISO DEPARTMENT ADMINISTRATOR

POSITION INFO:

ISO DEPARTMENT ADMINISTRATOR

Permanent

JHB

Responsibilities:

Maintain and update ISO documentation, records, and trackers
Assist with audits, compliance tracking, and report preparation
Create and manage spreadsheets, trackers, and databases
Support the implementation and monitoring of ISO standards
Coordinate documentation between departments for ISO compliance
Perform general administrative tasks for the ISO department as well as conduct toolbox talks

Requirements:

2+ years of administrative experience
Excellent computer literacy — especially strong Excel skills (formulas, PivotTables, data analysis)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage and organize large volumes of documents
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
