ISP Sales Admin Assistant

Our client based in Pietermaritzburg is seeking an ISP Sales Admin Assistant to join their team. 

Requirements

• Matric or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of Internal Sales experience required within the IT industry.
• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
• Excellent time management
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Knowledge of Products/Services - Connectivity, Fibre, Cloud, VOIP & Hosting Services 
• Own vehicle essential

Duties

• Compile quotes/proposals and contracts for various ISP services
• Process all ISP sales orders with relevant upstream provider or supplier
• Follow up on orders and regular updates to clients
• Renewal of client’s contracts upon expiration
• Conduct feasibility from Vendors for new Business
• Responding, assigning and closing of tickets
• Add new clients and maintain the monthly Billing
• Sourcing and Ordering of necessary components for solutions sold
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing clients
• Monthly monitoring and reporting of client contract renewal dates, and renewal proposals
• Logging of ISP support tickets
• Timeous query / ticket resolution
• Registration/Renewal of domains and SSL Certificates
