SUMMARY:
Job Purpose:
The Enterprise Account Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth within existing enterprise accounts by delivering comprehensive IT solutions tailored to client needs.
This role requires a proven ability to manage the full sales cycle, build long-term client relationships, and develop strategies that align with both business objectives and market trends.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, understanding their business requirements and identifying opportunities for growth.
Collaboration: Partner with Business Unit Managers to ensure proposals and solutions meet client needs and align with company capabilities.
Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the complete sales process from lead generation to deal closure, including contract and pricing negotiations.
Sales Collateral Development: Work with marketing and internal teams to develop impactful sales materials, case studies, and presentations.
Market Insight: Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to enhance business strategies.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in enterprise account management with a proven track record in end-to-end IT solution sales.
Strong solution-selling experience, ideally with software solutions, data solutions, or similar.
Solid understanding of the Microsoft solutions landscape.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Own vehicle and valid South African driver’s license essential.
