The high performer should be technically savvy and effectively work in attaining data from various sources and providing a detailed interpretation of the latest trends and patterns. This high-flyer should be able to offer ways to improve business processes and assist in decision making

Education

• Honours Degree

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Experience in reporting, data models, analysation of large data sets
• Experience using systems to solve problems
• 2-3 years’ experience in Project and Reporting environment
• 3-5 years conducting deep data analytics reviews
• 1 – 2 years audit experience required

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collection and interpretation of data, identifying patterns as well as trends in information sets
• Reporting the results back to the relevant members of the business
• Identifying patterns and trends in data sets
• Working alongside teams within the business or the management team to establish business needs
• Analysis of results and follow ups on results with business stakeholders
• Working with team members within the business or the management team to identify business needs
• Defining new data collection and analysis processes, understanding internal or external issues and recommends solutions/best practices
• Solves complex problems and takes a broad perspective to identify solutions.
• Proactively lead functional teams or projects
