SUMMARY:
Job Spec Our Client in Cape Town requires a IT Contracts Manager for a contact role.

POSITION INFO:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of contracts and contract structures, drafting and reviewing of contracts and legal documents as well as the provisioning of legal advisory services concerning the procurement of IT goods and services.

Essential:

LLB

Experience

Essential:

5 years’ experience (excluding articles), advocate or in-house legal counsel
Professional Registration / Membership
Admitted attorney or advocate
Certificate of Good Conduct from the Law Society
