Cape Town. Fixed Term Renewable Contract - 12 months. Hybrid working environment â€“ must be in the office once a week.

POSITION INFO:

The IT Contracts Manager will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of contracts and contract structures, drafting and reviewing of contracts and legal documents as well as the provisioning of legal advisory services concerning the procurement of IT goods and services.

• Legal Advisory Services (IT)

Essential:

-LLB

-5 years’ experience (excluding articles), advocate or in-house legal counsel Professional Registration/ Membership

-Admitted Attorney or Advocate

-Certificate of Good Conduct from the Law Society

-Extensive experience in contract negotiation and drafting; and specifically, experience having worked with many or focused on IT Contracts (large scale organisation)

-Regulatory, Retail or Financial Services industry experience
