SUMMARY:
Our client specializes in project support for the (petro) chemical and maritime industries. They provide personnel in the areas of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Operations, Maintenance, and Safety. They are seeking a IT Data Support Technician to join their team in the Netherlands.

Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:
- Education:
A degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience. - Experience:
At least 2 years of experience as an IT support technician, with a focus on data systems or manufacturing environments. - Location Requirement: Candidates should either be South African residents currently living in the Netherlands or South Africans willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
- Fluency in Afrikaans (both written and spoken).

Duties and responsibilities:
This role requires a deep understanding of IT support, data management, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations for
engineering and manufacturing teams.
- Technical Support:
Provide IT support for data management systems, troubleshooting issues and resolving them efficiently. - Data System Maintenance:
Maintain and update data systems, ensuring they are running smoothly and securely. - Collaboration with Engineering Teams:
Work with engineering and manufacturing teams to understand their data needs and implement solutions that improve data workflows. - Documentation and Reporting:
Document IT issues, solutions, and system updates, ensuring accurate records are maintained. - Training and User Support:
Offer technical training and support to internal users, ensuring they can effectively use data systems.
