IT Developer Analyst II

We are currently seeking a IT Developer Analyst II to join one of our clients team based in the Dallas TX, offering a fully remote full-time position.
 
In this role, you will contribute to a diverse range of projects and provide ongoing support, enhancing your expertise in technical leadership.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring existing processes operate on a timely basis.
• Must be comfortable with external vendor interactions.
• Manage system upgrades by reviewing pending updates and leading testing for system upgrades.
• Maintain data pipelines with other systems including AWS, Azure Data Factory, Redshift, Tableau, SSIS
• Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches for system improvements and enhancements.
• Provides direction, mentoring, and guidance to team members.
• Supports release management, reviews release summaries, and releases readiness documents. from solution vendors.
• Identifies enhancement solutions and impacts to downstream systems.
• Partners with technology teams and third-party consultants to develop and deploy data interfaces and systems integrations.
• Designs and develops user procedures, guidelines, and documentation to support change management initiatives.

• 3+ years of experience working in domain/service area.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills; articulate and able to influence others.
• Strong leadership, drive, and motivation skills.
• Able to deliver results independently.
• Demonstrates sound business judgement and critical thinking.
• Must have working knowledge of relational database schemes and SQL experience.
