SUMMARY:

A pan African financial services entity is looking at employing a technically strong IT Development Manager with strong leadership capabilities.

POSITION INFO:

This role requires an individual with solid Java development experience and has grown through to become a Software Development Manager in an Agile environment.
Required Skills:

7 years of Java Development experience on a Senior level
3 years as a Software development manager managing a diverse range of developers with Java developers as a main focus including other development languages

Minimum qualification requirements and skills:

BSc Computer Science/ Information Systems / Informatics
Java Development
SLDC
