National IT Distribution Company is seeking a motivated and experienced IT Sales Consultant (Telesales) to join our dynamic sales team. If you have a passion for technology, strong product knowledge, and a drive to exceed sales targets, we would love to hear from you.

Minimum Requirements:

• 1 – 3 years’ experience in IT Distribution sales

• Solid knowledge of IT products (hardware, software, networking, etc.)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Matric (Grade 12) qualification

• Computer literate

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell and promote a wide range of IT products

• Handle email and telephonic customer queries professionally

• Prepare, follow up on quotations, and process sales orders

• Manage and grow an allocated customer base

• Cold call and acquire new clients on an ongoing basis

• Attend all required product and sales training sessions

• Maintain daily customer call logs

• Update and manage customer databases regularly

• Develop and implement sales plans for key accounts and product groups
