POSITION INFO:
National IT Distribution Company is seeking a motivated and experienced IT Sales Consultant (Telesales) to join our dynamic sales team. If you have a passion for technology, strong product knowledge, and a drive to exceed sales targets, we would love to hear from you. Minimum Requirements: 2 – 4 years’ experience in IT Distribution sales Solid knowledge of IT products (hardware, software, networking, etc.) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Matric (Grade 12) qualification Computer literate Key Responsibilities: Sell and promote a wide range of IT products Handle email and telephonic customer queries professionally Prepare, follow up on quotations, and process sales orders Manage and grow an allocated customer base Cold call and acquire new clients on an ongoing basis Attend all required product and sales training sessions Maintain daily customer call logs Update and manage customer databases regularly Develop and implement sales plans for key accounts and product groups
