In order to be considered, Candidates are required to meet the following minimum criteria:

Degree in one of the following areas:
• B Comm (Information Technology, Information Science)
• BSc (Computer Science, Information Systems)
• A 3-year National Diploma (NQF 6) will be considered

Advantageous:
• SAP Certification

• Prior working experience is not essential for this role.

Your key responsibilities will include
• Assist in maintaining system integrity and functionality by designing and compiling specifications, this includes all applicable documentation.
• Assist in providing functional Support for company systems, Incidents, and Problem Management.
• Perform and document detailed testing.
• Identify and specify alternative methods for functions to perform business activities.
• Provide QA (Quality Assurance) for FSS (Functional System Specifications), and SIT (System Integration Testing).
• Provide a friendly and efficient knowledgeable service to all Stakeholders.
