SUMMARY:
We’re seeking an experienced IT integration Services/Solutions engineer with 5 to 10 years’ experience in the delivery of IT integration services, Pre-Sales and customer relationship management.

POSITION INFO:

Overall Function:

To Engineer IT Infrastructure Integration Solutions according to Client Requirements while uncovering new business (Selling) opportunities.

Responsibilities Summary:
Technical Responsibility: Engineering (Design, Commission and Test) integration solutions for IT Infrastructure (Storage/Backup/DR/Networking/Cloud/Operating Systems).

Pre-Sales responsibility: Gather Client Requirements, uncover new selling opportunities by Presenting and/or demonstrating other solutions.

Customer support, communication and relationship building (SM’s and or Higher-Level Clients).

Coordinating cross-functional teams and Knowledge sharing with internal teams.

Managing Successful and complete project Delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

5 to 10 years’ experience in Integration Services Engineering AND Pre-Sales

A Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Telecommunications or related.

Successful Delivery Experience of IT Infrastructure Projects from mainstream vendors (Huawei, VMWare, AWS, DELL, EMC, etc).

Excellent Communication and Cross-Functional team coordination.
