IT Internal Audit Manager

They are looking for a seasoned IT Internal Audit Manager to join their team and lead their IT audit efforts.

POSITION INFO:
As the IT Internal Audit Manager, you will lead and manage the IT audit function, focusing on the design, implementation, and monitoring of control frameworks for Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR).

This role requires a strategic leader with extensive experience in IT audit, risk management, and compliance. You will also play a key role in developing and managing the Risk and Control Matrix (RACM), ensuring that their IT systems are secure and compliant with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the IT internal audit team in planning, executing, and reporting on IT audits, with a strong focus on ICFR.
• Design and document control frameworks for ICFR.
• Develop, implement, and maintain the RACM to effectively manage IT-related risks.
• Provide leadership and direction to the IT audit team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that IT controls are aligned with overall business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports, clearly communicating findings, risks, and actionable recommendations to senior management.
• Oversee the implementation of audit recommendations and track progress on remediation efforts.
• Stay up to date with the latest IT audit methodologies, ISO 27001 standards, and industry best practices, ensuring that the company remains compliant and ahead of potential risks.

• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification.
• ISO 27001 Lead Auditor certification.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT audit, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Proven experience in designing and documenting control frameworks for ICFR.
• Expertise in developing and managing RACM.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Experience in the gaming industry is a plus but not required.
