Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Manager to join our team. The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our information technology systems and infrastructure. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the IT department, drive technological advancements, and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement an IT strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives
• SQL Server experience
• Crystal Reports
• ERP software experience
• Whole sale industry experience very critical
• Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software systems
• Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations and standards
• Lead a team of IT professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance evaluation
• Plan and manage IT budgets, identifying cost-effective solutions
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and software to improve efficiency and productivity
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues promptly
• Maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• A number of years of proven experience in IT management.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and software.
• Experience in managing and leading IT teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Certifications such as CISSP, PMP, or ITIL are preferred.
