Our client is looking for a hands-on and commercially minded IT Manager to take full ownership of their IT environment. You will work closely with executive leadership, influence business decisions, and lead technology initiatives that directly improve efficiency, security, and scalability. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimise IT infrastructure, networks, and systems
- Oversee and support ERP systems, with strong focus on Syspro
- Ensure cybersecurity, backups, disaster recovery, and system performance
- Lead IT projects, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage service providers, vendors, and IT budgets
- Provide leadership to IT support and technical teams
- Align IT operations with overall business objectives

Job Experience & Skills Required / Ideal Candidate Profile:
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree, National Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required
- Relevant certifications in Infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity, or ERP systems advantageous

Experience:
- 5–8 years of proven IT experience within a corporate environment
- Minimum 3 years in an IT Management or leadership role
- Strong Syspro ERP experience is non-negotiable
- Experience managing infrastructure, support, networks, and vendors
- Proven track record of improving IT operations and business processes

Skills:
- Infrastructure, networking, cloud, and cybersecurity expertise
- ERP systems management
- Vendor and stakeholder management
- Budgeting and project management experience
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach

Other:
