POSITION INFO:
Job Description: Lead meaningful change across the organisation by driving the evolution of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, business systems, and cybersecurity environments. This role is responsible for developing and implementing technology strategies that improve operational efficiency, enable digital transformation, strengthen governance, and support sustainable business growth, while leading a high-performing team and delivering impactful technology initiatives. Skills & Experience: 8-12 years' experience within IT infrastructure, systems, or technology management. 3-5 years' leadership or management experience. Strong experience with: Microsoft Azure \/ Entra ID \/ Active Directory Microsoft 365 ecosystem SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365 and ERP\/CRM platforms Network infrastructure, firewalls, VPNs, LAN\/WAN environments Cloud technologies and business systems integration Cybersecurity, governance, and risk management Demonstrated experience driving digital transformation and change initiatives. Strong project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence organisational outcomes. Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills. Strong communication, planning, and decision-making abilities. Passion for technology, innovation, and continuous improvement. Experience with systems analysis, process optimisation, and business systems enhancement will be advantageous. Qualification: BSc Degree in Information Technology, Network Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. CompTIA A+ certification. CompTIA Network+ or equivalent networking certification. Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) non negotiable Additional certifications in cloud technologies, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project management will be advantageous.
