SUMMARY:
The main purpose of the Change Control Manager is that this position will play a key role in ensuring change initiatives (projects, technology and business changes)) meet objectives on time and on budget. This position will focus on the people, technical and business requirements

POSITION INFO:

REQUIREMENTS

Qualification/Knowledge (including most relevant field of study)

• Project Management experience
• Change Control &Management experience
• Configuration management principles
• Required computer literacy levels in the MS Office suite and applicable Project Management applications
• ITIL advanced Change Management certification (Expert)

Experience (including relevant sector specific experience)

• Experience in ICT Application development
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Change management processes
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Project and Program management
• Experience in Payments and Banking industry
• Performing Impact and Risk Assessment
• Release and Deployment 
• DevOps Practice
