IT Manager

SUMMARY:
Our client in Johanessburg is looking for an experienced IT Manager to join their team

POSITION INFO:

 Minimum requirements

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite, but specifically Microsoft Excel
• Ensure that daily, weekly and monthly deadlines are met
• Know how to structure and design database;
• SYSPRO System Administrator - Syspro 7 Update 1 port 031
• Must know how to deal with the following: accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash book, general ledger, and GL integration, assets, inventor Sales & purchase orders, sales analysis, WIP, bill of material
• A must for Syspro reporting services/Chrystal report writer
• Must know how to give a user access and what is required
• pertaining to the security and to set up accordingly
• Must be able to do troubleshooting and reconciliations
• Must be able to do additions to ERP, based on requirements from Management Maintenance of existing infrastructure
• Optimization of workflow & data
• B2B EDI integration (Understanding concepts of XML, CSV are beneficial)
• Day/Month End processes
• IT Audit during Audit Periods
• Project & integration planning
• Maintain & Update existing workbooks
• SQL integrated workbooks
• Charting, functions, Formula, Debugging,
• VLOOKUP''S index & Matching, Conditional formatting, Pivot tables
