IT Manager Global Contact Centre Operations *Remote

SUMMARY:
*Remote / working from home

Our client based in NY, USA is looking for an experienced IT Operations Manager from a Contact Centre environment, to provide management and leadership for the successful assessment, design, and implementation of Projects (BPO):

POSITION INFO:

Minimum requirements:

• Matric / Gr 12 + Relevant Diploma or Degree / Certifications / Accreditations
• Native English or bilingual Afrikaans / speaker
• Minimum of 5+ years previous IT Operations Manager experience, preferably in a Contact Centre environment
• Must be willing and able to work Eastern Standard Time hours starting at 14h00 - onwards
• Previous experience managing complex technology implementations
• Excellent communications, interpersonal and customer support skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment

Knowledge of the following technologies:

• Public and Private cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, VMware) – Required
• Microsoft Technology Stack (Windows, AD, SQL Server, O365, Intune) – Required
• Network Management (Palo Alto, Cisco) – Required
• Cisco UC
• CXOne | NICE Phone System is preferred
• VMWare and Citrix (VMWare preferred)
• Jira, Confluence, TeamCity, CircleCI, GitHub
• IT Service Management Jira Service Desk and ServiceNow
