Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver first-line support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Respond to IT incidents logged by users and provide efficient resolutions
• Assist with software installations, patching, and updates
• Set up workstations, maintain IT asset registers, and track equipment movements
• Liaise with the national IT team for escalations and ongoing projects
• Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, printer, and connectivity issues
• Support shift-based teams and ensure minimal IT-related disruptions to operations
• Participate in IT audits and ensure adherence to company policies and security standards

Requirements

• IT qualification or certification (CompTIA A+, N+, MCP, or similar)
• At least 3 years' experience in an IT support role, preferably within a logistics, warehouse, or 24/7 operations environment
• Hands-on troubleshooting skills across Windows OS, networking, and Microsoft Office
• Strong problem-solving ability and ability to work without constant supervision
• Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence (non-negotiable)
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with technical and non-technical users
• Willingness to be on-site full-time and provide after-hours or on-call support when needed
