The successful incumbent needs to have extensive Operations and IT Management experience. POSITION INFO:

Key Focus Areas:

Monitor IT Servers and Systems
Direct IT Technicians
Develop Department Policies
Resolve Help Desk Escalations
Negotiate Vendor Contracts
Oversee Upgrades and Installations

The Ideal Candidate

Microsoft Systems
ERP System knowledge
Network optimisation.
IT Management of Mobile and Telephone Lines
Management of Dedicated Servers and Data Centre
Ensure Servers are updated Consistently Deliver Great Performance
The incumbent must be willing to travel nationally to provide IT support at sites when required.

Qualifications

Degree/ Diploma in Information Technology
SAGE 300
