POSITION INFO:

Key Focus Areas:

• Monitor IT Servers and Systems
• Direct IT Technicians
• Develop Department Policies
• Resolve Help Desk Escalations
• Negotiate Vendor Contracts
• Oversee Upgrades and Installations

The Ideal Candidate

• Microsoft Systems
• ERP System knowledge
• Network optimisation.
• IT Management of Mobile and Telephone Lines
• Management of Dedicated Servers and Data Centre
• Ensure Servers are updated Consistently Deliver Great Performance
• The incumbent must be willing to travel nationally to provide IT support at sites when required.

Qualifications

• Degree/ Diploma in Information Technology
• SAGE 300
