An international focus client based in Pretoria is on the lookout for an IT Operations Manager on a contractual basis - 12 Months.

Willing and able to travel for up to 2 weeks at a time (Internationally) with a Valid Driverâ??s License.

Skills and Experience:

Minimum educational level:

Â

Degree in IT or relevant experience
Minimum 8-10 years IT working experience
Minimum 8-10 years operations working experience
Minimum 8-10 years project experience

Â

Technical skills:

Â

Deep ITSM knowledge
Experience in Operations and structure teams
Functional knowledge
Understand Processes, deep process knowledge in company processes
ITIL process knowledge and work experience
AGILE Project Management knowledge
JAVA and SAP BW know how beneficial
Quality Management
Mentoring
Understanding of IT Infrastructure and relations between components
ITPM process knowledge and work experience

Key Accountabilities:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Act in the interest of IT Operations and is responsible for all operational aspects during Project and Maintenance execution and implementation
Accountable for the quality of pertinent project and operations deliverables
Strong planning and co-ordination skills
Excellent administration skillsÂ
Responsible for the planning and co-ordination of all "Design for Runâ? activities and for the successful hand-over of an application from â??project modeâ? into operations
