Our client in Cyber Security is searching for an IT Project Manager to deliver internal and client-facing projects.
You will be joining our dynamic team in the capacity of Project Manager, working closely with our Project Office Team Lead.

The nature of the projects will include (but is not limited to) security assessments and testing, cyber security products, cyber security solutions, and managed security services.

The ideal candidate collaborates with stakeholders to deliver innovative IT projects within the agreed time, scope, budget, and quality requirements. You will be required to manage stakeholders, risks, issues, resources, and project budgets throughout the project lifecycle stages and ensure the alignment of technology to achieve the strategic outcomes as specified.

Requirements
• 5 years min IT relevant project management experience
• Relevant degree/qualifications in project management or IT would be Beneficial
• Experience in Cyber- and Information Security would be Beneficial
• A technical background would be Beneficial.

• Excellent written, verbal communication & presentation skills
• Thorough understanding of the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and Outlook.
• Ability to analyse, prepare and generate comprehensive reports/documentation in relation to contract administration
• Knowledge of meeting procedures, recording, and production of agenda/minutes
• Capable of facilitating design sessions, conflict resolutions, brainstorming, etc
• Ability to mentor other staff members, as well as teams
• Analytical and Problem Solving skills
• Assertiveness
• Conflict Handling/Management

Job specification
• Project Management Planning – draft a Project Management Plan, present it to the stakeholders, and obtain the necessary approval from the relevant stakeholders
• Project Scope Management – understanding and managing project deliverables in scope and project variance orders
• Project Cost Management – understanding managing budgets, costs, resources, vendors, and 3rd parties
• Project Time Management – resource planning, managing costs, budgeting, and cost control
• Project Risk Management – Identify risks, qualify risks, manage risks, and manage a risk log
• Project Issue Management – Identify issues, qualify issues, manage issues, and manage an issue log
• Project Communication Management – stakeholder management, vendor management, 3rd party management
• Project Quality Management – draft a quality plan to manage project quality
• Project Governance and Administration – reporting, understanding, managing governance requirements, and information management
• Carry out other duties as deemed reasonable and appropriate to the role as directed from time to time
