JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for an IT Recruiter that understand recruiting demand and skills profiles within area of responsibility search & advertise to attract top talent via social media and job boards X-Ray searchers and special projects

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Meeting recruiting targets and providing regular status reports Continuous feedback and
Drive data quality through recruiting databases and tools
Provide external marketplace information to Recruiting Leadership Load and conduct background checks
Ensure candidate packs and documentation align with internal audit compliance Maintaining information, data and statistics related to Accenture (SA) Recruitment e.g.
for purposes such as the Audit
Maintaining offer stats and one liner, addendum / missing documents with BA team, People Services and Payroll
Assist the recruitment team in arranging team meetings and candidate interviews
Providing hiring managers with necessary paperwork for scheduled interviews Liaise with candidates to ensure all necessary documentation is complete as per recruitment checklist
Loading of candidate packs onto Teams and Sharepoint
Quality assurance and preparation of candidate packs for HRBP sign off Print offer letters and contracts for final signing with HRBP

Approval of purchase orders for Vendors
ATAS Recruitment Candidate management systems Order Dev Spec Laptops

Screen applications and select candidates at all levels via relevant systems e.g. HireVue
Conduct behavioural and competency based interviews Plan and implement recruiting events and sourcing activities Inclusion & Diversity throughout the Capabilities International Transfers/ GCP
