POSITION INFO:

R15000 per month plus benefits Company in the CBD requires the skills of an exp Software support consultant to support 2 offices in terms of end-users

Grade 12
2-3 years experience Windows 10

Interwoven, CMS and MS Office
MS Office, Interwoven/Worksite and other application queries
User account administration (Active directory)
Own vehicle due to occasional travelling to other sites
Advanced knowledge of MS Office essential
Previous customer service experience with assisting end users

Training experience advantageous
Good diagnostic skills
