Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales of computer hardware, software, peripherals
• Must have valid drivers’ licence
• Understanding of IT related services – knowledge of Fibre / ISP / Network / VOIP sales
• Previous experience in an IT Networking company would be an advantage
• Huawei accreditation would be an advantage
• IT related qualification would be beneficial but not essential

Knowledge of the following services:

• Computer Sales (hardware, software, peripherals)
• Computer maintenance and repairs
• Onsite and remote support
• Networking and Office Setups
• Server maintenance and setup
• Internet Solutions - wireless and fibre
• VOIP
• Data Backup and Disaster Recovery 
• Security Support and Helpdesk Services
