JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our Client a Global tech firm is seeking a IT Stores Admin / Logistics Resource to join their team in Cape town . They offer stability, growth, attractive rates and an excellent working environment.

The IT Stores Admin / Logistics Resource will be responsible for the administration of our computer and technology stores. You'll stock, organize and label all equipment in accordance with company policies. You'll also take care of logistics issues such as receiving goods from suppliers, processing invoices, and issuing payments to customers.

Requirements

Provide accurate and up-to-date information on customer orders, goods receiving procedures, and the daily stock movements of the stock-keeping unit.
Assist with the receiving of IT goods/items for the storeroom.
Assist with the capture of stock details on the asset management register.
Provide stock taking
Issuing of stock to Desktop Team
Maintain the storeroom – Clean and tidy

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT Management or related field required
Good Administration Skills
