SUMMARY:
Our client in the Northern Suburbs of Johannesburg, has an opportunity available for an IT Support Team Leader.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

Microsoft Certified Information Technology Professional (MCITP)
ITIL certification(s)
Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT systems
1 to 3 years’ experience in a managerial role, including experience in implementing and maintaining IT systems and infrastructure
Hands on experience with help desk and remote-control software
Solid technical background with the ability to instruct and explain to non-technical audience

KPAs:

Manage the provision of an IT Service Desk which supports the business and IT strategy and objectives
Manage IT operations related to the service desk
Ensure high- quality desktop, network and server support to end users
Plan and Manage IT service delivery
Manage ICT Service Desk and Infrastructure
Provide team leadership and direction
