IT Systems & Projects Lead | M365, Azure & Networking
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Support Technician in George

POSITION INFO:
This role is ideal for a skilled IT professional who enjoys:

Leading projects
Delivering excellent user support
Managing modern cloud-based environments

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing IT projects, providing technical support through the Jira ticketing system, and administering Microsoft 365 and Azure platforms.

Key Requirements:

Relevant degree or qualification in Information Technology
Proven experience in a Senior IT support role
Strong knowledge of networking and MikroTik environments
Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure administration
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Fluent in both Afrikaans and English
Willingness to travel occasionally to other branches
