POSITION INFO:
This pivotal position demands a leader who will direct a team focused on executing technology projects, upholding crucial enterprise systems, and providing comprehensive business support. What Your Mission Entails:
Your core responsibilities will encompass:

• Project Leadership & Integrations:
  
  • You will assess software solutions based on organizational requirements.
  • Oversee comprehensive execution of technology initiatives, spanning applications, system enhancements, software development, and system deployments.
  • Formulate project parameters, timelines, financial plans, and resource assignments.
  • Monitor and communicate advancements, potential hazards, and key achievements.
  • Facilitate coordination between internal tech and business units, alongside external providers, for successful deployment.
  • Partner with central IT divisions to guarantee holistic system rollout.
  • Establish and sustain robust connections between internal operational systems and external platforms leveraging APIs, middleware, and various integration tools, working closely with development resources.
  • Guarantee data uniformity and real-time syncing across diverse platforms.
  • Construct and deploy automated processes for workflows and information exchange between applications.

• Team Development & Oversight:
  
  • Take charge of the IT department’s financial planning and management.
  • Guide, coach, educate, and advance a diverse IT systems team comprising system administrators, support specialists, and developers.
  • Cultivate an environment promoting teamwork, responsibility, and ongoing enhancement.
  • Administer performance evaluations and manage team task distribution.

• Critical Systems Stewardship:
  
  • Supervise the operation and efficiency of vital enterprise systems, including SYSPRO and its integrated applications, SharePoint, WMS, and POS.
  • Orchestrate system enhancements, security updates, and the full lifecycle management of business software, coordinating efforts with central IT.

• Governance & Business Alignment:
  
  • Formulate and implement IT policies, operational guidelines, and adherence standards for all enterprise systems and software.
  • Guarantee the enforcement of group-wide IT directives.
  • Partner with various departments, including central IT, to confirm technology systems adequately serve business demands.
  • Offer advanced support for intricate issues or service interruptions.
  • Engage with operational divisions to collect and interpret software specifications.
  • Participate in architectural choices for software and create design documents.
  • Execute integrations with external service providers.

• An academic background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline is preferred, though comparable practical expertise and certifications will be considered.
• Expertise in IT Management & Administration and Project Management is essential, with an MBA being advantageous.
• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of overall experience within information technology roles, including 3-5 years specifically directing IT projects (involving systems or applications).
• Demonstrated capability in overseeing entire project lifecycles from initiation to conclusion is required.
• Prior exposure to enterprise-level systems such as ERP, WMS, and POS is a must.
