SUMMARY:
Our Client is looking for an IT Systems and Helpdesk Manager

POSITION INFO:

Fully Bilingual
Diploma or Degree in IT administration, MCSE, etc.
4-5 years experience in IT network admin with advanced SQL knowledge.
2-3 years experience in managing a helpdesk.

Role:

System infrastructure support
SQL database support
Reporting to customers and staff on issues and resolutions
System support
Maintain IT infrastructure of VPS and VPS customers
Assist Sales staff with technical support in meetings and solutions

Knowledge:

Pastel Evolution
Windows 2008, 2012 and 2016+ server
SQL 2008, 2012 and 2016+ server
Android, Apple, Blackberry and Windows mobile knowledge
Worked with internal custom IT system support knowledge
Knowledge of IT best practices for change control, implementations etc.
