IT Talent Acquisition Specialist

3 Months contract

Location: Midrand

Hybrid working model

Criteria:

Relevant degree or diploma
5-7 years of recruitment experience focusing on the sourcing of IT
IT Recruitment experience: SAP Consultants, Data Analytics, Data Scientist, Power BI Specialist, DevOps Engineer, Information Systems Security, Cyber Security, IT Auditors, Business Analysis, Software Developer
Understand the structure of the Consulting business and its policies and procedures
Source suitable candidates as requested by external clients
Establishes and maintains lasting relationships with your talent pipeline, ensuring the continual engagement of candidates
Takes responsibility for the achievement of realistic deadlines and ensures push communication around this
Ensures that all candidates are of a high calibre through initial pre-screening and telephonic / face to face interviews
Must be available immediately
