POSITION INFO:

Lead and inspire a cross-functional IT team
Oversee support and enhancement of critical business systems
Drive innovation in an ever-evolving retail tech landscape

Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in a senior IT support, systems engineering, or technical leadership role
Strong infrastructure and systems knowledge (networks, servers, endpoints, cloud, etc.)
Minimum 2+ years in a team lead/leadership position
Confident leadership and communication skills

Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business or a related field.
