Key Responsibilities:

• Translate business objectives into practical delivery plans with clear milestones and controls
• Direct multiple technical teams while coordinating dependencies across platforms and services
• Maintain oversight of cost tracking, delivery progress and execution risks
• Drive governance, reporting and communication to senior stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle

• Completed degree at honours level in a relevant discipline with an accredited project management certification
• Extensive background leading complex technology initiatives within large organisations
• Proven exposure to financial services environments with responsibility for high value budgets
• Demonstrated success in platform replacement, system upgrades and data transition activities
• Experience with more than one insurance platform implementation
• Strong command of structured and adaptive delivery approaches
• Deep understanding of modern software delivery practices and operational requirements
• Ability to engage technical and business audiences with clarity and confidence
