An established financial services environment is seeking a seasoned technology leader to guide enterprise wide initiatives from concept through completion. This opportunity allows the successful candidate to work closely with executives, architects and engineering teams while driving modernisation, system transition and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:

Translate business objectives into practical delivery plans with clear milestones and controls
Direct multiple technical teams while coordinating dependencies across platforms and services
Maintain oversight of cost tracking, delivery progress and execution risks
Drive governance, reporting and communication to senior stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Completed degree at honours level in a relevant discipline with an accredited project management certification
Extensive background leading complex technology initiatives within large organisations
Proven exposure to financial services environments with responsibility for high value budgets
Demonstrated success in platform replacement, system upgrades and data transition activities
Experience with more than one insurance platform implementation
Strong command of structured and adaptive delivery approaches
Deep understanding of modern software delivery practices and operational requirements
Ability to engage technical and business audiences with clarity and confidence
