Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables
Lead project teams and coordinate work across technical and business areas
Monitor risks, issues, and changes while ensuring effective mitigation strategies
Oversee budgets and track project expenditure against forecasts
Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project teams
Ensure successful delivery including testing, implementation, and adoption
Manage data migration activities and system transitions where required
Provide regular updates on project progress, performance, and risks

Job Experience and Skills Required

Relevant degree at honours level or equivalent
Project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2
8 to 10 years managing complex IT or engineering projects
Proven experience delivering large scale initiatives from start to finish
Strong background in technical environments with multiple teams involved
Exposure to financial services or insurance is advantageous
Experience handling large project budgets
Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement ability
Solid understanding of project delivery approaches including agile and traditional methods
Knowledge of system implementation, integration, and migration processes
Excellent communication, planning, and problem solving skills
Ability to manage risk, governance, and compliance requirements
