POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:
- Installing new software
- Installing new hardware (servers , printers, computer work
- Stations etc.)
- Setting up user accounts, permissions and passwords
- Overseeing security of all systems, especially the internet.
- Installing anti-virus protection
- Fixing network faults
- Technical knowledge on new IT systems
- Day to day admin and monitoring of networks use
- Planning future improvements
- Suggesting IT solutions to business problems
- Making sure all IT meets industry standards
- GRN stock into IQ Retail System
- Be able to conduct a stock take, with the operations manager, accounting manager and customs manager to put inventory in line within the system (i.e. stock control)
- Generate Stock Movements from warehouse(s) to store(s)
- Draw stock reports, MIS reports, accounting reports, and HR reports (if any)
- Be able to give IT support to all departments when necessary
- Anything else within the scope of IT work that the company may require
