The successful candidate will be responsible for providing hardware, software, and network support to internal users and/or clients, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and infrastructure.

Provide first- and second-line support to users for hardware, software, and networking issues.

Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup, software errors, and connectivity problems.

Set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords in accordance with IT policies.

Maintain and update inventory of IT assets and licenses.

Perform routine system maintenance, backups, and updates.

Support the setup and maintenance of servers, routers, switches, and other network components.

Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or external vendors as needed.

Document technical processes, solutions, and support procedures.

Ensure compliance with IT security and data protection standards.

National Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

2+ years of experience in a similar IT support or technician role.

Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic networking principles.

Experience with Active Directory, printers, and remote support tools.

Familiarity with antivirus, backup solutions, and security protocols.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Valid driver’s license and own transport (advantageous).
