SUMMARY:
An IT Services company based in Midrand is looking for two Customer Experience Consultants (Helpdesk Consultants) to join their team
The successful candidate's main responsibility will be to provide technical and service support to clients. The successful candidate will be handling and troubleshooting incoming and outgoing calls as well as tickets related to customer services.
POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:
- Matric required
- CCNA, MikroTik Certified Network Associate, or JNCIA qualification highly beneficial
- Experience troubleshooting connectivity issues, voice services, security services and cloud services is required
- 2+ Years experience in a similar role required (non-negotiable)
- Knowledge of networking equipment such as Cisco, Yealink or MikroTik required
- Must have experience working with CRM Tools and ticketing systems
- Must reside in or around Midrand
- Position is fully office based
