POSITION INFO:

This is a fully in-office role, giving you the opportunity to work closely with senior IT staff and learn directly on the job. You’ll support day-to-day technical operations, ensuring that desktops, networks, and systems run smoothly.
This position is ideal for a junior professional who wants to develop skills in IT support, system troubleshooting, and infrastructure maintenance while being part of a company that values growth and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support to staff for hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, printers, and related IT equipment.
- Assist with user account setups, password resets, and access control.
- Perform basic troubleshooting on networks and connectivity issues.
- Log, track, and resolve IT support tickets efficiently.
- Escalate complex issues to senior technicians when necessary.
Job Experience and Skills Required:- Education: Minimum A+ and N+ certifications (non-negotiable).
- Experience: 6 months – 1 year in IT support/helpdesk (internship or practical experience acceptable).
- Skills:
- Strong troubleshooting ability across hardware and software
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN, and Wi-Fi)
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Other: Must be fully office-based in Johannesburg.
