POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Relevant IT qualification or currently studying (IT Support, Networking, or similar)
Basic knowledge of Windows, hardware, and networking
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
Good communication and customer service skills

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-line IT support to users
Assist with hardware and software setup
Troubleshoot basic IT issues
Support the IT team with day-to-day operations
