POSITION INFO:
Well established Law firm in Pretoria is looking for an IT Assistant/Admin to join their team

Minimum requirements:

Maintain IT infrastructure, backups, and disaster recovery
Assist users with IT issues and help desk requests
Support internal system implementations and telephone systems
Ensure IT assets are effectively maintained
Will be responsible for a 400 plus seat Call Centre environment, and experience in that area is important

Qualifications:

N A+ certifications
2–3 years IT + and Admin experience
Knowledge of network protocols, hardware, and software
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Relevant IT certifications (CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) are a plus
