Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science
• ITIL Foundation Certified
• Strong knowledge in MS-Active Directory
• Knowledge in Network/Telcom
• Knowledge in VMWare virtualization technology environment
• 5+ years related work experience dealing with ITSM – Incident
• Experience in high-severity triage, escalations and issue management
• Experience in Ticketing tools and its functions

Excellent knowledge with:

• TCP/IP networking
• IP routing
• Server Load Balancing
• Network Security architecture and core technologies:
• IP
• TCP
• OSPF/IS-IS
• BGP
• MPLS
• Server Load Balancers
• Firewalls
• ACLs
• DNS
• DHCP
• IPAM
• LDAP
• NFS
