IW Teams PS Engineer L4 - Eastern and Central American Time Zone - Remote

Our Client a Global tech firm is seeking an IW Teams PS Engineer L4 to join their team remotely to support their client in North America on a permanent basis. They offer stability, growth, exposure, benefits, and a great working environment.

Please note working hours for this role will be within global times zones primarily Eastern and Central American time zones.

What we expect you to do

• Current State Assessments on client systems
• Act as tech lead for technology area
• Able to become expert on new technology releases in very short time span
• Able to step into consulting role
• Project Deployment services, but not limited to:
  • Implementations of a variety of Microsoft products e.g. MS Teams, M365, Azure AD, ADFS, Exchange, IAM, In place and major version upgrades, Migrations AD/Exchange, IaaS, SaaS, PaaS
  • Pre-Sales where required from business
    • Deployment or Upgrading of systems
    • Management of high and low-level designs documents (High Level Design/Scope of Work and Low-level designs/deployment build)
    • Act as Project Lead or Technical Lead when required
    • Client engagement and presentation skills
• Assisting with Transitions including, but not limited to:
  • New Client Take on processes
  • Contract Renewals
  • Due Diligence
• Available as technical escalation point for other Engineers
• Facilitate and participate in Master Classes on specific technology areas
• Facilitate and participate in Communities of Practise
• Standardisation of all required documentation
• Adhering to vendor best practice standards
• Very familiar with Teams approved Endpoint devices
• Capable of learning new technology on the fly and become expert in deployment and support in very short span of time

• 10 - 15 years’ relevant operational experience including but not limited to:
• Operational Support/ Enterprise Services
• Managed Services/Support Services
• Professional Services (Complex Enterprise Voice Deployments) – Client names and examples of deployments to be provided with CV
• High level scripting capabilities (PowerShell V3 -5)
• MS700/720 / (740 Would be advantageous)
• MS900
• MS201/202/203
• Exchange Online
• Hyper-V (Advantageous)
• VM-Ware (Advantageous)
• Intune
• Azure 104 minimum
• MS100/101
