JOB SUMMARY:
A company based in Linbro Park is seeking to employ an immediately available Management Accountant on a 6-12 month Contract

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

Must be committed and self-motivated and able to use own discretion
Ability to work with minimum supervision.
Ability to meet deadlines.
An excellent knowledge of P&L and B/S accounts
Good people skills
Tidy appearance
Professional & confidential

Experience required:

Computer Literacy: MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Dynamics AX
An excellent understanding in all aspects of accounts
A good knowledge of the other members of the accounts team work procedures enabling you to assist where necessary.
5 or more years experience in the role

Duties:

Meet all KION reporting deadlines for responsible packages
Preparation of MD Flash for review by FM
Preparation of certain monthly files/reports for import file reporting to KION
Analysis of monthly fixed cost for presentation to FM/MD
Maintenance of Lease Engine data and the reporting of figures to KION, entails loading of new leases, transfers, disposals, performing relevant calculations and monthly journals
Handling queries from branch/division managers on management accounts
Preparation of forecasts and budgets for all branches and divisions
Assistance with financial data for tax packs and AFS annually
Liaising with internal and external auditors
GL recons for responsible GL accounts performed monthly
Running reports from AX for specific purposes on ad-hoc basis
Assisting all branches / divisions on ad-hoc queries from an accounting / AX system perspective
Compiling adhoc information as requested by the FM
