Client based in Fourways is looking for a In-house Legal Counsel to join their team

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

LLB or Equivalent Legal Degree
3 years' experience in a similar role
Solar industry experience preferred
Experience in Drafting, Reviewing, and Negotiating Commercial Agreements and Contracts
Providing Legal Advice and Support to Management relating to Commercial and Industry
Ensuring Compliance with the Law with regards to the Business Practice
Communicating with external parties regarding Legal Matters relating to business
Staying up to date with legal industry trends to ensure Company Compliance
Excellent communication and logical skills
Preferred Languages - English, Afrikaans, Chinese, or Mandarin
