JOB SUMMARY:
Our client in the Agricultural industry is looking for a Inbound Manager (Receiving) to join their team in Robertson, Western Cape

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Grade 12
Previous experience in similar role will be an advantage
Determine and implement storage and distribution strategies, policies and plans
Monitor and review storage and inventory systems to meet supply requirements and control stock levels
Organise stock in a manner that is efficient and saves energy
Daily stock take of fruit in cold store. Report any stock problems. Keep record of signed off copies
Ensure efficient loading of bins to maximize the load mass of the transport, to minimize transport costs per load
Take responsibility for cold store damages and facility protection
Ensure bins are placed correctly into loads according to destinations etc.
Ensure that truck loadings are clean according to standards
Impose discipline in area of responsibility
Driving licence
Own transport
