POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Design tailor-made FIT and group itineraries
Create detailed quotations aligned with client budgets
Manage bookings, rooming lists, and supplier communication
Liaise with agents throughout the booking cycle
Ensure prompt follow-up and invoicing
Handle urgent requests and travel emergencies
Promote company offerings with professionalism and passion

Requirements:

5+ years’ experience as a Senior Inbound Consultant
Strong knowledge of Southern Africa travel destinations
Relevant tourism qualification and Matric certificate
Excellent communication, organisation, and multitasking skills
Willingness to work extended hours in peak periods
Proactive, solution-oriented team player
