SUMMARY:
Are you managing the "Product" portfolio within a INBOUND TRAVEL company developing, managing travel products and overseeing staff?

Our position involves joining a well established Travel Company in Woodstock, using your experience to manage various product options, dealing with clients requiring inbound travel to Africa. Portfolio includes management and a variety of duties involving itineraries, services, and pricing.

POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS

Matric and relevant Travel tertiary education
Experience negotiating and procuring of travel packages for INBOUND TRAVEL for Southern Africa
Deadline driven
Problem-Solving and Decision-Making
Strong organisational skills

DUTIES

Negotiating and procuring services for travel packages
Contracting rates and terms and conditions with suppliers
Coordinating supplier visits - training by suppliers
Attending local trade shows
Developing and designing travel itineraries.
Negotiating and procuring services from suppliers (e.g., hotels, airlines, tour operators).
Determining pricing and budgeting for travel packages.
Marketing and promoting travel products to potential customers.
May act as a representative for a specific destination or travel theme
Assisting the team ensuring rates are loaded correctly in the system
Pulling information / reports

Salary: Negotiable dependent on experience
