What You'll Be Responsible For Analysing and improving operational and distribution processes. Identifying inefficiencies and implementing practical, sustainable solutions. Managing and optimising business systems to support operational performance. Driving continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain and logistics environment. Designing and implementing new processes that improve customer satisfaction while reducing operational costs. Using data and systems to support informed decision-making and measurable outcomes. What We're Looking For Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related qualification. A systems-thinking mindset with a passion for process improvement. Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven approach. Understanding of Lean Principles and the Toyota Production System. Good knowledge of databases and T-SQL. Sound understanding of supply chain and logistics operations. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Preferred Attributes Fluent in Afrikaans and English (written and spoken). Exposure to programming or software development concepts. Naturally curious, analytical, and eager to learn. Someone who takes ownership of challenges and follows them through to resolution. A professional who is motivated by continuous improvement rather than maintaining the status quo.
